WHY APPEAL?

Over 5.8 million tickets were issued in London during 2004/05.
From our research, at least 60% of parking tickets are issued incorrectly.
Many local authorities see the issuing of PCNs, as a way of raising much needed additional revenue. However some motoring organisations and many motorists believe it is just another unfairly levied tax.
Income from parking tickets in London generated £328 million - but
the total exceeds £430 million once revenue from on and off street car parks and residents' zones is included.
